Incentive prizes and gift items are shipped directly to the fundraiser’s group leader 3-6 weeks after the close of the campaign. Once the package has left our warehouse, the group leader will receive an email including a FedEx tracking number, to help provide insight into the whereabouts of the package as it ships to its destination. After delivery, the group leader is responsible for the distribution of the team’s items.

If you are a participant or donor, we recommend reaching out to the campaign’s group leader, as they should have insight via the tracking number provided for the package.
If a package turns up missing despite tracking information, Snap! Raise will need direct confirmation from the group leader themselves, as they are our main point of contact with the campaign.
