Once you complete your donation, you will be brought to a 'Thank you!' screen. You will also receive a receipt for your gift via email. If you did not receive a receipt, please contact support at email@example.com and provide the following information:
- The name of the campaign you have donated to
- The participant you are supporting
- The dollar amount of your contribution
We will send a receipt to your email. If you did not see a 'Thank you!' screen, or receive receipt at the email address you provided, it is most likely that your donation was never processed.
If you are using a phone to donate, we recommend you reattempt your donation on a tablet or computer. Google Chrome is the internet browser the works best for our platform. We also suggest clearing the cookies on your browser before making a donation. Finally, it is important that the credit card information is entered in order from top to bottom and that you receive all green check marks verifying the correct format.
